There is fantastic free software that you can download right now, that allows you to create great looking websites easily and quickly. But, it is important you are shown how to use this software step-by-step, to get the absolute most out of it.

But before we get to that, let us discuss some of your options for creating websites; If you are interested in having your own website, you have a number of options:

- You can start a blog. The problem with this though is you are usually tied into specific designs (unless you want to start dealing with HTML and CSS!), and everything you add to your site is listed chronologically! Not very flexible.

- You can use market leading software like DreamWeaver or FrontPage. Now you can create fantastic looking websites with this software, but it is an expensive solution, and often there is a VERY steep learning curve.

- You can have someone create a website for you. This is always an option of course, but it can get expensive VERY quickly, and it rarely turns out as you want it to…

- You can use a ‘Wizard’ software or service. This is software or service where you ‘fill in the blanks’ with your own text, and once you have done that a website is created for you.

- You can use CMS software. This is software you install that helps make managing and customizing your site easy. In theory. More often than not – they are incredibly complicated and have a very steep learning curve.
